This brand started as love. Not fashion.

We met young, two kids in secondary school in Tanzania.
Young. In love. Dreaming of forever. We talked about marriage, about family, about building something that would last in this life and the next.

Back then, everyone called me Rico — I danced like the B2K star, and the name stuck.
She was my girlfriend, my world, and together we made our own nickname —
LU (for Lulu),
K (Kimweri),
T (Temba),
and RICO (me).
We became LUKTRICO — a name that belonged to both of us.

But life… it pulled us apart. I moved to Sweden, she moved on. I did too. Years passed. We lost each other.

Then one day, I visited my old friends — Nas & Sco — and there she was.
God brought us full circle.
We reconnected.
We healed.
We married — in 2023.

Now we carry the same name, and the same dream.
Only this time… it’s stitched into a brand.

For the world, it’s called LUKTRICØ — with a European Ø to reflect where we are.
But for us?
It’s still LUKTRICO — the name that held us from the beginning.
