At LUKTRICØ CLOTHING, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipping. We maintain high quality standards and protect our brand from misuse.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from perfume, deodorant, stains, hair, or signs of wear
• In original condition with all tags, dust bag, and packaging intact
Hygiene & Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if unsealed, worn, or tried on directly on skin:
- Boxers
- Socks
- Caps
- Beanies
Hygiene Seal
All caps and beanies are shipped sealed in protective plastic packaging.
If this hygiene seal is opened, broken, removed, or damaged after delivery, the item is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Eligibility for Hygiene Items
Caps and beanies may only be returned if they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With tags attached
- With no sign of use
- Returned in their original packaging
- With the hygiene seal fully intact
Any item that does not meet all of the above conditions will be rejected.
Inspection Process
All returned items undergo strict inspection.
Items that fail inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Fraudulent returns (wrong items, damaged items, or counterfeit products) will result in permanent refusal of future orders.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Refunds
Approved refunds cover the product price only.
Shipping fees are not refunded.
Refunds are issued only after the product passes inspection.
